DR. SUCHETA MUKHERJEE, M.Sc.PhD

	Dr. SUCHETA MUKHERJEE  Assistant Professor of Geography, born  in 1977 and studied B.A.(Hons.) (Geography) at Visva-Bharati Santiniketani, 1998, M.A. in Geography from VisvaBharati,Santiniketan 2000  and  Ph.D.  in  Geography  at Visva Bharati in 2011. She has completed a DM GIS  Course from (NATMO,Saltlake,Kolkata) 2013. Her area of specialization is Remote Sensing and Terrain Evaluation.Dr. Mukherjee  is at present an Executive Council member as well as life member  of INCA(Hyderabad) and a life member of Practising Geographer’s, Kolkata . She also has worked , presented and published research papers in areas of Geomorphology, Climatic geomorphology,Process geomorphology, Cultural Geography, and Geospatial Technology (Remote Sensing, GIS, & GPS) both in National and International seminars. At present, Dr. Mukherjee  is the Superintendent of Sripat Singh College Women’s Hostel Jiaganj Murshidabad , India along with her regular duties as Assistant Professor in the Department of Geography.
